The new Congressional Multiple Sclerosis Caucus grows every day. To date, 53 members of Congress have joined the MS Caucus — six new members in just the past couple weeks.
Check out the complete list of U.S. Representatives who are leading the MS Caucus in the left column of this blog. See if your member of Congress has joined yet. If your member of Congress has not joined, call and remind them today.
The MS Caucus provides you, as an MS activist, with champions in Congress to count on for leadership and support of MS issues. It will help bolster our advocacy efforts and give us an even more effective presence on Capitol Hill.

Every weekend for the past three months my husband and I have been dining out at the Princeton, NJ P.F. Changs,China Bistro on Route 1. I have MS and never do the driving at all when my husband is with me. This past Saturday evening we had an 8:00pm reservation. We were especially looking forward to it, since my husband had been away the past week on business in Belgium. Prior to him going we had eaten there as well. I had gotten dressed up in an outfit that requires high heeled shoes that through my balance off, very badly. However, my husband likes the outfit and the shoes, so I wore it before he left. Possibly I stumbled that night walking to the bathroom. Actually I believe I just walked very carefully to the bathroom making sure my balance was in check. Someone at P.F. Chang's must have been watching me. This past Saturday night when I tried to order my second drink at the table the restaurant refused to serve me. the manger and the operating owner insited I was drunk and would only offer me coffee. I am a 38 year old woman with MS who certainly knows by now how much I can and cannot drink before I become tipsy. I was not driving and I was completely discriminated against due to my illness. Plus they made me pay for the rotten meal that they ruined with my husband. As if it's not bad enough to have the illness these people have to try and take away our rights too!

These types of stories of discrimination are just what I need to hear. I take personal action to augment the work of our politicians. I hope you advise your rep. to proceed full speed ahead. I bet the waiters at Chang's have tripped many times.

Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!
